Step 1 — Blend everything
Add the frozen mango, lime juice, honey, and coconut milk into a high-speed blender. Blend on high for about 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. The mixture should be thick — almost like a sorbet.

Step 2 — Taste and adjust
This is your moment to perfect the flavor. Want more sweetness? Add a little more honey. Want more tartness? Squeeze in extra lime. Want it creamier? Add another splash of coconut milk.

Step 3 — Pour into molds
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each one about ¾ full to leave room for expansion during freezing. Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

Step 4 — Add the sticks
Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. If they don’t stay upright, cover the top of the mold with a small piece of aluminum foil and poke the stick through — the foil holds it perfectly in place.

Step 5 — Freeze
Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours — or overnight for best results. The longer they freeze, the cleaner they release from the mold.

Step 6 — Unmold and serve
Run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10-15 seconds to loosen the popsicles. Pull gently and they should slide right out. Serve immediately or wrap individually in parchment paper and store in the freezer.

Why Mango Is The Perfect Summer Fruit

Mango is not just delicious — it is one of the most nutritious fruits you can eat during summer.

Loaded with vitamin C to boost your immune system, vitamin A for healthy skin and eyes, and natural enzymes that aid digestion — mango is basically nature’s multivitamin in fruit form. Combined with the detoxifying power of fresh lime juice, these popsicles are doing serious good for your body while tasting like pure tropical indulgence.

Flavor Variations

Flavor Swap or Add
🍓 Strawberry Lime Replace mango with frozen strawberries
🥝 Kiwi Mint Replace mango with kiwi + fresh mint
🍍 Pineapple Coconut Replace mango with frozen pineapple
🫐 Blueberry Lemon Replace mango with blueberries + lemon
🥭🌶️ Spicy Mango Add ¼ tsp chili powder + tajin rim

Tips For Perfect Popsicles

  • 🥭 Use frozen mango — gives a thicker, creamier consistency than fresh
  • 🍋 Fresh lime juice only — bottled lime juice kills the flavor
  • 🧊 Freeze overnight — 4 hours minimum but overnight is always better
  • 💧 Warm water trick — run warm water on molds for 10 seconds to unmold perfectly
  • 📦 Wrap individually — parchment paper prevents them from sticking together in the freezer

No Popsicle Molds? No Problem

Use what you have at home:
